As a WORKING actress, certified hypnotherapist, Mariann Aalda, C.Ht., walks her talk.


More than an acting/audition coach, she is also a SUCCESS coach, helping actors release the subconscious blocks to achieving their GREATEST POTENTIAL.

 

Incorporating hypnosis, guided imagery and neuro-linguistic programming with script analyses, character development and creative self-discovery, she  helps you achieve rapid results in building confidence, improving relaxation, expanding imagination and enhancing your intuitive abilities to facilitate making every role uniquely your own.

 

A 2003 Honors graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, Aalda is also an esteemed graduate of the renowned Negro Ensemble Company Theatre Training Program. Additional mentors/teachers include Milton Katselas, Stella Adler, Paul Sills, Darryl Hickman and Cheryl O’Neil, C.Ht.
